1. We are extremely friendly: If you give us a call or have a conversation with one of our delivery drivers you will find that we are friendly and down to earth individuals who desire to make a real connection with our customers. We have kept our company from growing too quickly so as to hire employees with high integrity and a genuine care for other people. Connecting with our customers and doing our best to meet their needs is our highest goal.

2. Our website and call in ordering process is relatively fast and easy: We have worked hard to make your ordering experience easy, accurate and enjoyable. We wanted to have a great website because we realize that our society is moving toward doing the majority of its shopping online. We believe that we have the easiest, most accurate, most enjoyable ordering processes in the party rental industry.

3. We are accommodating: If you live out of the area, desire an early morning delivery on one of our busiest days, or if we are simply too busy to deliver a bounce house to you on a particular day due to a high order volume, we will often call you to see if you would like to have your item delivered early. This helps us because it allows us to lighten our load on busy days. However, we have also found that it is usually appreciated by our customers in that it essentially a free multiple day rental.

4. We do our very best to arrive at your party early: We believe in being early. We believe that it is always better for us to wait for you to be ready to receive our equipment than it is for you to wait for us to deliver it.

5. We are extremely generous: Although our general policy is to keep a deposit amount for an order that you cancel, we have been known to offer full refunds because of our need to feel as though we are being a benefit to our community rather than a burden.
